Below is a list of terms and conditions that you agree to when you purchase templates, plugins and other products from our website.
Product Usage
Our template and plugin packages include access to support and updates for 12 months. CatFolders has the right to change the terms of this website and the licensing of any CatFolders template or product at any time. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates or products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of CatFolders. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Updates
Product updates are available for one year to current customers who have made an individual product purchase and have not requested a refund. Our products are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the templates and plugins compatible with future releases of WordPress. Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our products are developed and fine-tuned for the latest versions of WordPress. Any version more than several months old may have problems with some product functionality. Browser Compatibility
Our products support the most recent versions of all current web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Edge. While we strive to give everyone a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in certain browsers.
Our Refund Policy
For new customers, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. We give you 30 days from your purchase date to try your products. If you decide it’s not the right solution for you, you can email us or contact us through the member area and we’ll issue a full refund. Easy. No questions asked. For existing customers, refunds on upgrades will be made on a per situation basis. Users who are found abusing the refund policy in any way (like multiple refunds for individual products in a given time period) will not be issued a refund.
Site Content Copyright
All content, including imagery, published on the CatFolders.com domain, is property of CatFolders and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the CatFolders website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of CatFolders.
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the template or plugin files or include third-party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the templates or plugins will work. It is our policy to support our templates and plugins as best we can, and we will provide support to modified templates and plugins or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.
Support
All support inquiries and questions can be submitted via our member area. We do not provide phone support. This also enables us to keep our prices low for you the customer. When addressing our customers any opinions or advice contained within our site content or forum, is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Reliance upon any information provided by CatFolders is solely at your own risk.
Price Changes & Support Subscription
CatFolders reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all templates and plugin products, including but not limited to support, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes or notices to the CatFolders website.

CatFolders Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the CatFolders Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, CatFolders refers to the product owner and publisher at CatFolders.com).
2. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit an affiliate application and be approved. Applications might be accepted automatically. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed.
4. Affiliate URL
You will be issued a special URL once you become an approved member of the CatFolders Affiliate Program which will be unique to you and you only, and will allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals.
5. Commissions
Affiliates will receive 30% of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product). Commissions may change at the discretion of the product publisher, CatFolders commissions may increase during limited-time special promotions, but they will return thereafter to the regular 30% commission rate.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product ordered through the secure order system. The Affiliate can not be the customer himself. Orders placed with coupon codes will not be counted as affiliate sales.
Word of mouth referrals will not result in an affiliate commission being generated. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links.
6. Payouts
CatFolders pays affiliates via a PayPal account, provided to us when a member joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to notify the Affiliate Program to ensure proper commission payments. The payout email address can be updated within your affiliate area. We will not resend payments returned due to incorrect payment email addresses.
7. Limitation of Liability
CatFolders will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under to this Agreement.
8. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites or the Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and CatFolders will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
9. Miscellaneous
Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing up with the CatFolders Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
